Project Background:

150m² one storey house with ground slab (no basement). The materials used in construction must be eko-friendly to environment. The building must be designed according BR 10 regulations and Local plan. The design should be simple but at the same time it must be in harmony with materials used in construction. All the walls should be from the bricks and the roof demand is "pitched roof" with roofing slates. Heating system is gas from a grid. It mustbe utilized by the best possible way. Garden to beplaced to get as much as possible sunlight and have a direct access from kitchen or dinning area.

Kitchen – have an access with dining area.
