Project Background:

The city of Horsens expects the population of Horsens to grow by 20% by the year 2020. It has therefore decided to develop a very attractive urban area north of Bygholm Lake and expects, that future building designs will be both ‘sustainable’ and ‘green’.

 

When fully developed, the area will contain approx. 1,000 houses and up to 70,000 m2 of light commercial buildings (small companies). There are also plans to include a multi-purpose centre with cafeteria and meeting facilities… (sub-region 2.5 … cadastral number 1ae in Local Plan) and has contacted "GreenLine Architects" for expert technical advice.
